John Hudson

Chief Financial Officer

John Hudson was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Port of Tyne with effect from 22nd April 2009.

John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 1998 and has since worked for Black and Decker, Caradon Plumbing Group and more recently as Finance Director within the travel industry.

A graduate of Durham University, John has a PhD in Solid State Physics and a BSc (Hons) Physics from the University of Leeds.
